The Program Delivery Facilitator will interact directly with the Community Justice Society Caseworker responsible for the coordination of the program and will have the responsibility of educating young persons on the economic and personal costs of shoplifting and the impact of their actions on families, retailers, store employees, and the community by specifically ensuring that the young person has taken responsibility for the offence, which is to be assessed through their participation in the program. Upon completion of the program, the Program Delivery Facilitator will assist with the creation of the Restorative Justice Contract.
